You first have to download the CherryRoam app using your personal smartphone in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, for free. Then create your account and verify your email. (Note: password should be alphanumeric and case sensitive)
No. For rental devices, your package is already credited to the device. Just turn ON your device once you arrive in your country of destination, and you’re good to go!

That is a free data package accessible only in the Philippines. It signifies that you have successfully paired your app and device, and may now proceed to purchase data packages or credits.
These may appear if you are still in the Philippines. Your data package will be activated or will reflect in your device, once you arrive in your country of destination.
From your CherryRoam app, select My Device. Then if you see your device IMEI reflected in the app, you’re already paired. Note: It will naturally be indicated “Not connected” under Device Status, if you do not have an activate data package, or if you’re still in the Philippines.
From the app, just select Data Store > select your data package or country > then pay via PayPal or credit card. It will reflect within 2 minutes from purchase. You can check your availed data package by selecting My Account > under My Packages. Note: If you are still in the Philippines, your package status will reflect “no activated”. Yes! So aside from directly purchasing the data package you need, you can also purchase roaming credits equivalent to (PhP) via the app. Use the roaming credits to purchase the promo that you need, or for future travel use. Only valid for retail devices.

No, the roaming credits has no load or wallet expiry. You can store it in your account at all times and register to the data packages as needed or be charged with regular roaming rates of Php2 per 1MB.
Yes, you can either purchase the data packages or top-up credits within the Cherry Roam app. And purchases can also be made in advanced. Your newly topped-up package will reflect real-time as well.
Yes, pre-purchased data packages will remain in your account for 365 days as long as it’s not activated.
Yes, if you purchased a data MB or Per GB data package, you may cancel within 7 days from purchase and the amount will be returned as credits or to your PayPal account. However, if you purchased a Day Pass package (Global or Asia), the validity will automatically start upon purchase and can no longer be cancelled.
