Yes, the minimum required lead time to rent is at least 5 days before your departure date. You cannot book a rental device less than 5 days before your departure trip.

Yes, just go to the website and click the “top-up now” tab, input your IMEI number (located at the left side of your device) and select your package. Your newly topped-up package will reflect real-time as well.
No need for any set-up or app download. Just turn ON your device upon arriving in your country of destination and you’re good to go!
This notification will appear if you are still in the Philippines. Once you get to your country of destination, your package will automatically activate.
You need to return or drop-off the rental device package within two (2) business day upon your declared travel return date. A late penalty of P100 per day will be deducted from your deposit fee until your return.
Yes. Depending on your rental order if you opted for the insurance fee of P300 upon rental, the following charges will be deducted from your deposit fee, or will be billed to your account:

Yes! The Deposit Fee shall be returned once the device has been surrendered in good condition. Please note that your deposit will be refunded to your credit/ debit card account within seven (7) to fourteen (14) working days. Also, Cherry Roam reserves the right to forfeit deposit and/or any additional refundable amount after unsuccessful refund attempts*, with two (2) forfeiture notice sent via email. *only applies upon successful refund from our system but not credited to subscriber's account – the latter is the responsibility of your bank/institution.
The Cherry Roam device will be delivered or be ready for pick-up 2-3 days before your indicated departure date.
For rental, the device shall be surrendered within two 2 working days upon return in the Philippines. There are two(2) ways of returning the device, if you have chosen delivery, it will be picked up by our courier at your indicated delivery address; while for pick-up, you will have to return it within 2 working days to the Service Center who provided your Cherry Roam device.
Apparently, shipping outside the country is not yet serviceable by our courier but we'd be happy to let you know once available.
