All Cherry Roam travel pocket wifi devices can connect up to 5 mobile devices.

Can I change the network name of my Cherry Roam?

Changing of the network name is only applicable for Cherry Roam retail devices. Changing the network name of your Cherry Roam travel pocket wifi varies depending on the model of your device.

Cherry Roam T1 Style: While connected to your Cherry Roam device, open your browser and enter 192.168.43.1 on the address bar and enter the new SSID (wifi name) and password. Make sure that the device you are using to change the network name is connected to your Cherry Roam device.

Cherry Roam T2 Slim: You may do this directly on your Cherry Roam T2 Slim device by going to Settings > Hotspot

Do I need to download the Cherry Roam mobile application?

Yes, you need to download the Cherry Roam mobile application available in iOS App Store and Google Play Store. You can monitor your usage and buy your data packages directly in the mobile app.

How do I know if I successfully paired my device with my Cherry Roam mobile application?

From your Cherry Roam app, select My Device. Then if you see your device IMEI reflected in the app, you’re already paired. Note: It will naturally indicate “Not connected” under Device Status if you do not have an activate data package or if you’re still in the Philippines.

How do I know if I successfully paired by Cherry Roam device with my Cherry Roam account?

You can check if your pairing is successful through your mobile app. Your device’s IMEI number should be reflected in MY DEVICE when you open your Cherry Roam mobile application account.
