What device is available for rental?

Only the sleek and lightweight T1 Style is available for rental.

Do I really need to download the Cherry Roam mobile application?

Yes, downloading the Cherry Roam app lets users gain full control over their Cherry Roam experience. Through the app, users can purchase data packages, top up wherever they are without having to call our customer support or log on to websites-- users can do so through the mobile application.

When should I book a Cherry Roam if I want to rent a travel pocket wi-fi?

You must book a Cherry Roam at least 5 days before your trip start date. If less than 5 days, please call our customer support hotline to check if your order can be accommodated.

Do you have pick-up/ drop-off centers? Where are they located?

Yes, aside from home deliveries, you can also opt for device pick-up in our partner locations. Here is our list of our pick-up and drop off centers:

What happens if I run out of data while traveling?

Don’t worry. You can easily reload and top-up your account through the Cherry Roam mobile application. Payment options are thru your Cherry Roam mobile wallet, credit card, or PayPal.

Why don’t I have any signal when I turn on the device?

If you see the “Service Not Connected” message, it means that you do not have an active data package for the country you are currently in. Once a data package has been availed, Cherry Roam automatically gains a signal connection when you arrive in your destination country.

What should I do when I lose the Cherry Roam rental device?

Please contact our customer support immediately at support@cherryroam.com.ph. Take note also that customers will be charged a specific amount depending on whether the customer availed an insurance or not. The total amount will be provided by the customer support once full details of the incident has been reported.

What happens if I don’t return the device after my trip?

Customers should return the Cherry Roam rental device two (2) days after their travel end date. If the customer fails to return the device within this period, the customer will be charged PHP 100.00 per day until the device has been returned.
