Can the SIM card be inserted into Cherry Roam Travel Pocket Wifi?

Yes, you can insert local SIM card to any Cherry Roam Travel Pocket Wifi, recommended for local data usage only.

Can I use Cherry Roam Travel Pocket Wifi here in the Philippines?

There is no data package currently available for Philippines, but you can use the device by inserting local SIM card with registered data plan in the device SIM slot.

What are the available data packages?
How to use Cherry Roam G3, Cherry Roam T2 Slim and Cherry Roam U50 powerbank feature?
  • For G3: You can simply plug the cable into USB port of the Cherry Roam device then connect the cable to your mobile device.
  • For T2 Slim and U50: You will need the OTG cable attached to device.
Is there a WARRANTY for my purchased Cherry Roam device?

Cherry Roam provides a seven (7) day replacement policy and a one (1) year free service warranty to units, which are not artificially damaged from the date of purchase or delivery receipt.

How to check my data usage?
  • For Cherry Roam G3 (Rental Device) & Cherry Roam T2 Slim and Cherry Roam 5G U50 you can see your data usage on the screen.
  • For Cherry Roam T1 Style you can check your data usage on Cherry Roam app.
How to connect your Cherry Roam device to Cherry Roam App?

Turn ON your Cherry Roam device and click “LOG-IN”. The device QR Code will appear.

  •  Download CHERRY ROAM APP in your smartphone (Android and IOS available) then, log-in to your account and click “My Device”
  • Click “ACTIVATE” then select “Scan the QR Code” in the Cherry Home App to pair. A notification will appear upon successful pairing.
  • Once paired, the device will now reflect in your app.
  • Reboot your Cherry Roam device
  • Wait for your device to connect. It may take up to 1-2minutes and then ready to serve you

How much is the rental fee?
  • For 4G device: Rental fee is Php 50 per day and we will require a Php 2000 refundable deposit.
  • For 5G device: Rental fee is Php 100 per day and we will require a Php 3000 refundable deposit. Device insurance of Php 300 is also required.
Can I rent a Cherry Roam Travel Pocket Wifi with data package?

How to get my rented Cherry Roam Travel Pocket Wifi?

The Cherry Roam Travel Pocket Wifi Rental can be claimed via store pick up or delivery.
Delivery fee will vary depending on your delivery address / location.
For delivery within Metro Manila Php 150 and Php 250 for outside Metro Manila delivery.

How to activate my rented Cherry Roam Travel Pocket Wifi?

No activation needed, just turn on the device once you land in your destination, connect to wifi name and password located at device screen and you're all set.

How to return my rented Cherry Roam Pocket Wifi?

Kindly return the rented Cherry Roam Pocket Wifi three (3) working days after your travel period. Our sales staff will contact you after your travel date for the return process or you can check on user guide the delivery details.

What will happen if I did not return my rented Cherry Roam Pocket Wifi on time?

Customers who did not return the rented Cherry Roam Pocket Wifi on time will be charge Php 100/day until device is returned which will be deducted
from their Php 2000/ Php 3000 rental deposit. If having problem returning the device on time, please inform our customer support to avoid penalty.

How to reload/top-up using Cherry Roam prepaid voucher card?

Using your Cherry Roam app go to “Data Store” or “My Account” then select the “Top-up” box then select “VOUCHER CARD” at the bottom.

  • Manually type the 18-digit code in the blank space. After typing tap “Top-up now”
  • The successful top up message will flash. Tap ‘CONFIRM” and head back to see your updated/credited wallet balance.
  • Go to “Data Store” and select your destination
  • Select the package of your choice and pay
  • Purchased package will be displayed at “My Account > My Data” and at the Cherry Roam app home screen
